What it is
The generate-board bar turns a one-line brief — a discovery workshop on why onboarding activation stalled — into a framed layout preview. The board list underneath carries status, items, space, edits and staleness per board, so the fast start and the long life are tracked together.
Templates carry items, uses and a session-fit score per row. The sprint retro has started 62 boards at fit 90; the double diamond runs 48 starts at 94. Thirty-two are locked facilitator-controlled, so the format survives the session.
Spaces sum their boards: Discovery holds 42 boards at health 78; archive holding holds 48 at health 28 and reads Quiet. Freshness plus ownership per space — the attic and the workshop are finally distinguishable.

The Q3 discovery jam holds 286 items with 412 edits and one day of staleness — the healthiest board in the workspace, and the overview says so. Next to it, boards at 39 days quiet show their age honestly.
03 — Templates
Sort by session fit and the formats that work rise: ops team at 96, affinity map at 92. Sort the other way and the internal ideation template at 55 gets its rewrite.
04 — Spaces
Nineteen of 24 spaces are active. The data-platform space runs 16 boards at health 95; the partner space sits archived at 53. Space health is freshness plus ownership, and both halves are visible.

Roles, not references. We have no named customers yet, so nobody in these photographs is quoted, credited or claimed as one.

Boards go frozen or archived on purpose. Staleness past sixty days is flagged so the attic never passes for the workshop.

Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build and you can open the same build at /app/whiteboard. It runs on demo data — the boards, spaces and people belong to a demo workspace, not to a customer.
