On-brand decks,
measured not policed.

Ninety decks at 71% average brand fit. The worst offender is named — a partner summit draft at 54% that mixed one kit's logos with another's colors — and the 70 library assets nobody uses stop showing up in search.

Brand drift is usually discovered by a customer. Here it is a number on the deck list: fit 43 on the board pack, next to fit 94 on the onboarding deck, same table, same kit.

What it is

Three things deck software has to get right.

Start from an outline, not a blank slide

The generate-outline bar turns a one-line brief — an enterprise pitch for a retail operations platform — into an eight-slide draft preview. The deck list underneath carries status, brand kit, views and fit per deck, so the fast start and the governed finish are the same object.

  • Prompt bar drafts an 8-slide outline
  • Status flow: draft, in review, approved, published
  • Views and fit score on every deck

100 templates, 49 of them locked

Templates carry slides, uses, fit and a brand kit per row. The locked ones — the enterprise pitch, the sales battlecard — are brand-controlled, so the decks that leave the building start from a structure nobody can quietly bend.

  • 1,462 decks started from templates
  • Average fit 73% across the library
  • Lock column marks the brand-controlled set

The asset library knows what gets used

320 assets with use counts per deck: the primary wordmark appears 64 times across 38 decks; a legacy chart image appears 57 times in the wrong kit. The 70 assets with zero uses are flagged as archive candidates.

  • Uses and deck count per asset
  • Brand kit per asset — wrong-kit reuse visible
  • Type chips: logo, icon, image, video, chart

01 — Overview

The studio's own report card

Brand fit 71% with the alerts to match: the partner summit draft mixing kits, sixteen decks waiting in the approval queue, a deprecated partner mark still appearing in asset search. The healthy signal is there too — one title lockup reused cleanly across 40 decks.

  • Studio health ring: 71% brand fit
  • Decks by status: 20 draft, 16 in review, 18 approved
  • Hottest assets tabled by use count

02 — Decks

The deck list, with fit on every row

The onboarding deck at fit 94 and the board pack at fit 43 sit in the same sortable table — status, slides, brand kit, views, owner. Drift stops being a taste argument.

  • 90 decks · 11K views filtered
  • Brand kit named per deck
  • CSV export of the deck list

03 — Templates

Where good decks start

The enablement module has started 54 decks at fit 92; the event-stage template has started 47 at fit 48 and needs work. Template quality is measured by what the template produces.

  • Category chips: sales, product, pitch, event, report
  • Default brand kit per template
  • Owner on every template

04 — Assets

The library, audited by usage

Sort by uses and the working assets rise: wordmark, diagram set, banner. Sort to zero and the 70 dead assets rise — the archive candidates that still fill search results today.

  • 4,692 placements across 320 assets
  • Sizes visible — 10.2 MB video flagged in the list
  • Dead (0 uses) as a filterable state

Who runs it

Three roles keep the decks honest.

Roles, not references. We have no named customers yet, so nobody in these photographs is quoted, credited or claimed as one.

Marketing lead

Owns the approval queue and the template library. Sixteen decks waiting review is the week's list, and the fit-48 event template is on it.

How it runs

A deck's life, in the order it actually happens.

01

Draft

The outline prompt turns a one-line brief into an eight-slide draft on the right kit — 1,462 decks have started from templates.

02

Build

Assets come from the library with their kit attached, so a logo can only land where it belongs.

03

Review

Decks move draft to approved with a fit score attached. The approval queue is 16 deep and visible.

04

Prune

Dead assets and deprecated marks surface as archive candidates instead of lurking in search results.

Questions

Before you pilot Slides.

Is the software on this page real?

Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build and you can open the same build at /app/slides. It runs on demo data — the decks, templates and people belong to a demo workspace, not to a customer.

What does brand fit measure?

A per-deck score against the deck's assigned brand kit — logos, colors, lockups. The studio average is 71%; the flagged case on the overview is a partner draft at 54% that mixed one kit's logos with another's colors, with the cause printed next to the score.

What are locked templates?

Templates marked brand-controlled — 49 of the 100 in the demo library. Decks like the enterprise pitch and the sales battlecard start from a structure and kit that individual editors cannot quietly bend.

How are dead assets found?

By counting placements. Every asset carries a use count and a deck count; the 70 assets at zero uses are flagged as archive candidates, and the alert notes they still fill search and brand kits today.

Can we see which assets actually work?

Yes — the hottest-assets table. The primary wordmark has 64 placements across 38 decks at fit 100; a title lockup is reused cleanly across 40 decks. Reuse is measured, not assumed.

Is Slides audited or certified?

No certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption, tenant isolation and production access is written up on the security page.
