320 assets, 117 of them A-class critical, each with a health score and a 12-week trend. 206 open work orders at $356K of labor and parts. 180 PM schedules at 73.3% compliance — and a failure-risk board carrying $9.01M that says exactly why.
Code, name, category, site, criticality, status, health and trend on every row — 197 assets are declining on the 12-week trend and the filter counts them. Open work orders and PM overdue sit on the same row as the score.

The shape of it
What the demo register actually looks like.
Every figure below is legible in the captures above. Nothing here is a projection of your fleet — it is the state of the demo data.

Finding this out on the third call is worse for you than reading it here, and worse for us.
Assets is not generally available. What opens today is the live build on demo data — Plant East is the software's demo site, not a customer.
We have no named customers to show you, so this page shows none.
The 99% uptime figure is labelled a 30-day proxy on the screen itself. We are showing you the label, not quoting it as an SLA.
The register scores risk from PM overdue, downtime and open work orders — CNV-04's $249K is computed from those inputs on screen. It does not claim to predict failures, and neither do we.
The $9.01M risk exposure is demo-computed from the failure board. It is not an insurance figure and not a projection for your fleet.
No audit or compliance certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption and access is on the security page.
Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build, and you can open the same build at /app/asset-mgmt. It runs on demo data — the demo Plant East site.
What does the health score mean?
A per-asset score with a 12-week trend arrow, computed from the register's own rows — open work orders, PM overdue and downtime. 197 assets are declining in the demo, and the filter counts them, so the score is checkable rather than taken on faith.
What is the failure-risk board?
The $9.01M figure: exposure per asset computed from the same inputs, with the worst cases named. CNV-04 tops it — degraded, 3 open work orders, 23 days of PM overdue, 14.2 downtime hours in 30 — priced at $249K on the alert.
Can PMs be meter-based?
Yes — the schedule library mixes calendar and meter frequencies, and the forklift alert is the meter kind: 4,820 of 5,000 hours, 96% of threshold, flagged before the battery failed outright.
Does it promise to cut downtime?
No. The demo shows the register surfacing what is degraded, overdue and expensive. What a crew does with that list is the work; this page does not put a percentage on it.
Is Assets audited or certified?
No certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption, tenant isolation and production access is on the security page.
