180 orders at $2.51M open value, 60 BOMs with cost rolled up per revision, 140 work orders with the shortage flagged on the row. Then the two boards most systems hide: 90 MRP exceptions priced at $356K, and a close-risk panel that caught 18 unposted journals before period P08 ended.
The Overview lists the unposted journals at $1.92M next to the work order blocking close. A system that argues with itself on screen is one you can check.

What it is
Three lists every ops team keeps — kept as one record.
180 orders, each with a status and a GL code
The order book is a table, not a summary: order, customer, status, lines, amount, fill %, due and GL code on every row. SO-22100 sits Held at $92K with fill at 3%; the fulfilled rows say 100. Open value across the 105 open and held orders is $2.51M.

60 BOMs with the cost already rolled up
Every parent carries its component count, rollup cost, scrap %, revision and lead time. CTL-4400 — the edge controller the whole demo estate runs on — rolls up at $420 across 14 components at revision R7, and the scrap column flags the pro sensor assembly at 4.6%.

140 work orders, 31 flagged short before you ask
The SHORT column answers the question a planner actually asks: WO-441, building CTL-4400, is Held at 35% progress with Short = Yes, and the shortage-only filter isolates all 31 blocked rows. 72 orders are open on the plant at $364K of cost.

01 — Overview
The ops brief, root-caused and priced
Six cards — orders 180, booked $3.36M, fill rate 42%, work orders 140, MRP exceptions 90 at $356K, close risk 61 with 27 high — and an ops-health ring that reads 34 because of them. Each alert arrives symptom, cause, fix: the SNS-IR-90 shortage blocks WO-441 at $18K, with short 80 against demand 82 spelled out.

The order book, not a summary of it

03 — BOMs
Recipes with the cost rolled up per revision
60 BOMs in catalog, 43 buildable. The averages sit on cards above the table — $154 rollup, 2.4% scrap across active — and every row carries the same fields the averages are computed from.

04 — Work orders
Where the shortage shows up first
140 work orders with build, name, status, qty, progress, due and the SHORT flag. WO-441 Held at 35% and WO-428 in progress at 36% both say Yes — the two rows the MRP board priced back on the Overview.

Every figure below is legible in the captures above. Nothing here is a projection of your estate — it is the state of the demo data.

How it runs
An order's life, in the order it actually happens.
01
Order
An order lands with lines, amount, due and GL — 180 on the book, $2.51M open, fill % computed per row.
02
Build
The BOM prices the build before release — CTL-4400 at $420 across 14 components — and the work order carries progress and shortage on the row.
03
Exception
The MRP board prices the problem instead of colouring it: the SNS-IR-90 shortage blocks WO-441 at $18K, symptom, cause and fix on one line.
04
Close
Unposted journals and credit holds surface as close risk — 61 items, 27 high — before period P08 ends, not in the audit.
One record
The same SKU runs through the whole estate.
CTL-4400 is not a demo coincidence. It is one record: a BOM here, a held work order on the floor, a quarantined lot in Quality, a bin in Warehouse.
Finding this out on the third call is worse for you than reading it here, and worse for us.
ERP is not generally available. What opens today is the live build running on demo data — Northline Systems is the software's demo workspace, not a customer.
We have no named customers to show you, so this page shows none. The customer names in the order book are demo rows, not references.
The financial figures — $3.36M booked, $2.51M open value, $356K of MRP impact — are the demo tenant's. They are not a projection of what the software would find in yours.
The 25% on-time figure is labelled a proxy on the screen itself. We are showing you the label, not quoting it as a delivery KPI.
The MRP board flags and prices exceptions; finite-capacity scheduling lives on the plant's schedule view, and this page does not claim the board resequences anything.
No audit or compliance certification has been issued for ERP. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption and access is on the security page.
Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build and you can open the same build at /app/erp. It runs on demo data — Northline Systems, period 2026-P08.
Where do the alert dollar figures come from?
From the same arrays the tables show. The SNS-IR-90 alert prices itself at $18K and spells out the arithmetic — short 80, available 2, demand 82 for the controller build — as symptom, cause, fix.
What is in the close-risk number?
61 items, 27 of them high: 18 unposted journals worth $1.92M across GL, AR and AP modules, credit holds like SO-22890's 14-day freeze, and work in process stuck on held work orders.
Is the 42% fill rate a promise?
No. It is the demo workspace's average across open orders, and it is low because the demo holds orders on purpose so the boards have something to say. Yours would be computed from your rows the same way.
Does ERP replace our ledger?
The demo shows journals posting to GL, AR and AP modules, and CEDX Books is the estate’s ledger product. How the two share a chart of accounts is an estate-map conversation, not something this page claims.
Is ERP audited or certified?
No certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption, tenant isolation and production access is written up on the security page.
