CEDX Assets · Marketing

The brand library with
gates on the doors.

Every file carries its rights status, its brand fit and its download count. Locked kits enforce the rules — logos only from the kit library, expired rights blocked on portal download — so governance happens at the door, not in a memo.

39 rights records are expiring or expired, and the files they cover are still downloadable. That is either a headline or a Tuesday — the library makes it a Tuesday.

What it is

Three things a brand library has to get right.

Every file carries rights and fit

Each row: type, status, gate, downloads, use count, fit, rights and brand kit. The primary wordmark passes with fit 100 and unlimited rights. A launch video fails its gate with rights expiring — and stays visible, flagged, instead of quietly circulating.

  • Gate: pass, warn or fail per file
  • Rights: unlimited to expired, on the row
  • Downloads and use count, 30 days

Collections are how the outside gets in

48 curated sets, 19 of them external-facing portals. The Q3 launch pack holds 42 assets, served 610 downloads, and is live with a portal on. Status runs live, review, draft — with an owner on every set.

  • Kind: campaign, portal, internal, product, event
  • Portal flag and owner per collection
  • Downloads per set, 30 days

Brand kits with teeth

Four kits, each with compliance, assets, lock state and owner. The locked primary kit enforces: logos only from the kit library, primary color required on hero assets, uploads require brand review, expired rights blocked on portal download. Its compliance reads 90%; the unlocked events kit reads 66% and mixes off-kit colors — which is why locks exist.

  • Lock rules listed on the kit
  • Compliance per kit: 90% to 66%
  • Colors and type pinned to the kit

01 — Overview

Library health, waste included

The alerts do not flatter the library: 75 unused assets still fill search and portals; 39 rights records at risk still attach to downloadable files; a legacy partner mark is still indexed in a portal. All three are priced or counted, and all three have owners.

  • Brand fit 66% across 320 assets
  • Waste scored at $102K
  • Hottest collections by downloads

02 — Assets

Find it, and find out if you may use it

Search runs across tags and collections, and the answer comes back with the file's gate and rights attached. The fit column tells you whether the file you found is the file you should ship.

  • 320 rows with gate and rights
  • Filter chips: image, logo, video, font, audio
  • Sizes from 8K SVGs to 18.2M video

03 — Collections

Publish a set, not a zip

Collections are the delivery mechanism — a partner portal gets the partner bundle, a region gets its portal set, and each set reports its downloads back to the library.

  • Q3 launch pack: 42 assets, 610 downloads
  • 19 external-facing portals
  • Review state before live

04 — Brand

The kit is the contract

Open a locked kit and the rules are printed: logo sources, color requirements, review on upload, rights blocks on download. The assets on the kit list underneath show who passes — wordmark at fit 100, hero image at 84.

  • 4 kits, lock state per kit
  • 90% compliance on the primary kit
  • Assets on kit with gate, fit and use

Who runs it

Three roles keep the library honest.

Roles, not references. We have no named customers yet, so nobody in these photographs is quoted, credited or claimed as one.

The shape of it

What the demo library actually looks like.

Every figure below is legible in the captures above. Nothing here is a projection of your estate — it is the state of the demo data.

How it runs

An asset's life, in the order it actually happens.

01

Enrich

Files arrive with type, tags and rights — the metadata is the product, not an afterthought.

02

Gate

Pass, warn or fail is assigned before publish; fit is scored against the kit the file belongs to.

03

Publish

Collections and portals carry the file outward — 19 external portals, each reporting downloads back.

04

Prune

Waste and drift scans find the 75 files nobody places and the rights records nobody renewed.

One record

Assets reads the record
the estate already keeps.

The library is not a drive folder. Campaigns, pages, social and webinars all pull from the same gated shelves.

Questions

Before you pilot Assets.

Is the software on this page real?

Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build and you can open the same build at /app/assets. It runs on demo data — the library and its files are the demo’s.

What do the lock rules actually block?

On the locked primary kit: logos can only come from the kit library, hero assets require the primary color, uploads require brand review, and files with expired rights are blocked on portal download. The rules are printed on the kit screen.

How does it find waste?

By placements. 75 of the 320 demo assets have zero placements and still fill search and portals; the waste scan prices them at $102K and queues them for pruning.

What is a portal?

An external-facing collection — partners, regions or events get a curated set, and every download reports back to the library. 19 portals run in the demo.

Is Assets audited or certified?

No certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption, tenant isolation and production access is written up on the security page.

The library is running. Go and look at it.

Live build, demo data, no card. Then ask how many of your files would show zero placements.
