CEDX Feedback · Customer Service

Votes are data.
Wishes are not.

Feedback turns a suggestion box into a scored backlog: every post carries the voter's plan and ARR, duplicates cluster with merge confidence, themes score votes against effort — and shipped posts close the loop with the people who asked.

The theme table quietly settles roadmap arguments: a $22K theme with XS effort scores 102.6 while a $420K theme at XL scores 74.1. Small and certain beats big and expensive — with the arithmetic showing.

What it is

Three jobs a suggestion box cannot do.

An inbox where every post carries ARR

Three hundred twenty posts with theme, status, plan, votes, ARR and a 30-day vote sparkline per row. A CSV-export request — submitted again — shows 109 votes and $4.13M of account value behind it, which is why “again” matters.

  • Theme, status, plan, votes, ARR per row
  • A 30-day vote sparkline per post
  • Open-only, Enterprise and status chips

36 themes, scored like a portfolio

Themes aggregate posts, votes, accounts and ARR next to effort. Dark mode leads at 102.6 on ten posts and XS effort; offline sync — 28 posts, 412 votes, $420K, XL effort — sits fourth at 74.1. The score is the argument, printed.

  • Effort XS→XL next to the priority score

Duplicate-hunting as a first-class job

The overview scores board health at 82 and lists its dials: 14 unthemed posts, 28 duplicate clusters, 19 stale reviews, 21 days average age. The merge alert names its threshold — confidence ≥0.7 — so dedup is a decision, not a vibe.

  • 12% duplicate rate across 39 clusters
  • 19 posts stale in under-review past 30 days
  • Board health 82 with the four dials listed

01 — Overview

The board's health, with dials

Posts by status read like a pipeline: 68 new, 54 in review, 42 planned, 38 building, 52 shipped, 66 declined. The intake chart carries the board's own history as markers — a relaunch, a new sales board, a merge-backlog spike.

  • Do-this-next list with impact scores per item
  • Hot posts with votes and status
  • Unthemed 14 · dup clusters 28 · avg age 21d

02 — Inbox

Every request, with its economics

Three hundred five open posts in a filterable inbox. Plan tiers run Free to Enterprise on every row, ARR runs from $3K to $4.13M, and the sparkline shows whether a request is heating up or going quiet.

  • $99.1M ARR signal in the filtered set
  • 24 posts linked to the roadmap
  • Search by id, title, theme, company, author

03 — Themes

The backlog, rolled up and scored

Thirty-six themes with area, posts, votes, accounts, ARR, effort and priority. The sort puts a $22K XS theme above a $420K XL one — and shows both rows' inputs, so the ranking is auditable.

  • 4,307 votes across the 36 themes
  • Dispatch, mobile, jobs and more as areas
  • CSV of the theme table

Who runs it

Three roles keep the board honest.

Roles, not references. We have no named customers yet, so nobody in these photographs is quoted, credited or claimed as one.

Customer marketing

Owns close-the-loop: the 61% of voters told their request shipped — and the 39% who heard nothing. The tablet at the exit is the same gesture, offline.

The shape of it

What the demo seed actually looks like.

How it runs

A request's life, in the order it actually happens.

01

Collect

Posts land in the inbox with the voter's plan and ARR attached — $99.1M of signal in the filtered set.

02

Cluster

Duplicates get merged by confidence — 28 clusters wait at ≥0.7, and the rate is tracked at 12%.

03

Theme

Posts roll up to 36 themes whose priority mixes votes, ARR and effort — XS beats XL at unequal ARR, and the table shows why.

04

Close

Shipped posts notify their voters — 61% closed-loop, and the 39% gap is on the card, not in a footnote.

Questions

Before you pilot Feedback.

Is the software on this page real?

Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build, open at /app/feedback. It runs on a demo seed — the chrome says so itself — and the company on the board is fictional.

What does ARR signal mean?

Each post shows the combined account value of its voters — $99.1M across the filtered set in the seed. It answers “who wants this” with a number your revenue team already respects, using fictional demo dollars.

Why does a $22K theme outrank a $420K one?

Effort. The dark-mode theme scores 102.6 at XS effort; offline sync scores 74.1 at XL. Priority mixes votes, ARR and effort, and the theme table prints all the inputs so the ranking can be argued with.

How are duplicates handled?

Clustering with a merge-confidence threshold — the alert says ≥0.7 — with 28 clusters waiting and the duplicate rate tracked at 12% on the overview. Declined posts stay visible too: 66 of them, counted.

Is Feedback audited or certified?

No certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption and access is on the security page.
