CEDX Marketplace · Commerce & Retail

78 sellers live.
The take is 0.6pp light.

CEDX Marketplace is the operator console for a multi-seller marketplace: GMV and platform take, seller onboarding from import to live, listings and their syndication to assistant channels — with disputes, payout friction and take leakage priced instead of noticed.

The health ring says 92%. The alert beneath it says one seller scores 96 on risk with $162K of GMV attached, and $178K of take is leaking against contracted rates. Both are true at once; that is the job.

What it is

Sellers, listings, orders — the operator's three tables.

Seller onboarding is a pipeline, not a mailbox

The pipeline runs imported to auto-enriched to in-review to live, with each card carrying its SKU count, attribute-extraction percentage, estimated days to live and import date. The average time-to-live reads 2.7 days, marked down 91% against manual on the screen itself.

  • Extraction states what is missing: GTINs, size attrs, policy
  • Tiers: starter, growth, pro, flagship
  • Per-seller take %, GMV 30d, late % and risk score

Listings show their take and their stock

320 listings with seller, category, price, stock, take percentage and 30-day units on the row — a $22 accessory at 12% take leads at 2,100 units. Seventy-six are assistant-listed, syndicated to AI assistants, and that is a filter chip, not a footnote.

  • 275 live, 29 pending in the operator queue
  • Take % and units-30d on every row
  • Assistant-listed as its own chip

Orders carry the take on the row

380 orders with seller, buyer, source, payment, fulfilment, total and take per row — a $90.34 order shows its $10.84. The source column splits marketplace from assistant channels, and partially refunded is its own payment state.

  • Filtered GMV $107K, take $12K, on the card
  • Open fulfil 124 across sellers

01 — Overview

The operator brief: GMV, take, trust

The cards read $101K GMV across 380 orders, $12K of platform take collected on paid, 78 active sellers, an 11.6% effective take against the 12% contract, 27 open disputes, and $178K of take leakage across 12 high-risk sellers. The chart annotates the month: a flagship-tier take promo, a payment-rail fee change, a trust-review sweep.

  • Operator health ring: 92%
  • GMV by category: camp 48 down to footwear 19
  • Assistant channels: $3.9K, 3.9% of GMV, 76 SKUs

02 — Sellers

96 sellers, 12 flagged

The seller table ranks GMV 30d against take %, late % and risk — flagship apparel sellers at 9.5% take and risk 5 read next to the pro seller carrying risk 96. High risk means a score at or above 55, or suspended; the card says so.

  • GMV 30d sums to $18.4M across active sellers
  • Risk, late-ship % and take % on the same row
  • Onboarding pipeline above the table

03 — Listings

320 listings, 29 waiting on the operator

Every listing names its seller and SKU with price, stock and take on the row. The pending-review card counts the operator queue at 29, and the assistant-listed chip cuts the table to the 76 SKUs syndicated to assistants.

  • Price, stock, take %, units-30d per row
  • Pending review: 29 in the operator queue
  • Family chips match the catalog's

04 — Orders

380 orders, take on every row

The order table ties buyer, seller, source, payment and fulfilment together with the take computed per order. The seed reconciles in the open: filtered GMV $107K, paid GMV $101K, take $12K.

  • Open fulfil 124, unfulfilled plus partial
  • Assistant-channel orders marked as source
  • Partially refunded as a payment state

Who runs it

Three roles run the marketplace.

Roles, not references. We have no named customers yet, so nobody in these photographs is quoted, credited or claimed as one.

Seller onboarding

Walks sellers from import to live — 2.7 days average in the seed — and sends back the catalogs missing GTINs and size attributes.

Seller fulfilment

Watches late-ship by seller: 18% on the flagged one is a marketplace problem before it is a seller problem.

How it runs

A seller's life, in the order it actually happens.

01

Import

A seller's catalog lands by import; auto-extraction fills what it can and lists what it cannot — GTINs, size attributes, return policy.

02

Review

The operator queue holds 29 listings pending and the sellers in review, each with an estimated days-to-live on the card.

03

Sell

Orders arrive from the marketplace and assistant channels with take on the row; effective take runs at 11.6% against the 12% contract.

04

Settle

Payouts go out or hold — 21 were held or failed in the seed — and disputes, 27 open, are a queue with an owner, not an inbox.

One record

The marketplace runs on
the estate's product record.

Seller imports land as catalog rows, orders flow into the same queue every other channel uses, and the catalog's attribute checks are the same ones gating these listings.

Questions

Before you pilot Marketplace.

Is the software on this page real?

Yes. Every screenshot is a capture of the running build and you can open the same build at /app/marketplace. It runs on demo data, sellers and all.

What is take leakage?

The gap between contracted and effective take — 11.6% against a 12% contract in the seed, $178K open across 12 sellers, with the sellers named on the risk board so the conversation starts from the number.

What does the onboarding pipeline automate?

Attribute extraction from imported catalogs and an estimated go-live date per seller — the cards show what was extracted and what is still missing. The review step stays with the operator; nothing goes live on its own.

What are assistant-listed SKUs?

Listings syndicated to AI assistants — 76 in the seed, driving $3.9K or 3.9% of GMV, stated on the Overview. They are filterable as their own chip so their performance is argued from the same table.

How are sellers scored for risk?

The seller table carries a risk score next to late-ship percentage, take and GMV. High risk means 55 or above, or suspended — 12 sellers in the seed — and the worst row, 96, arrives as a root-caused alert with its GMV attached.

Is CEDX Marketplace audited or certified?

No certification has been issued. What we can evidence about hosting, encryption, tenant isolation and production access is written up on the security page.

92% healthy, with the 8% itemised.

Live build, demo data, no card. The risk board names the sellers and the dollars.
